I am on record saying if you paid the Undertaker a billion dollars to run against Trump and Trump saw him in a debate he’d immediately drop out. This isn’t a joke I really believe that.
Replace Biden with John Cena.

We’re at the point where this guy is using ellipses during his big video threads to avoid quoting Biden’s mistakes directly. I know it’s coming from a reasonable place of fearing Trump will get elected, but I don’t think this is sustainable.
And yet in 18 minutes he still managed to say “I’ll beat Donald Trump, I will beat him again in 2020.” Shorter speeches isn’t going to stop this.

do we think this guy from New Jersey would have driven his pickup truck to Manhattan to get drunk had there been a $15 congestion pricing fee in place?

Lmao they just changed the title of the piece from “Why I don’t vote” to “Why I won’t vote” rather than tell readers that the guy actually does vote

I heard "Ruth Bader Biden" for the first time yesterday and I think that one has legs.
Not retiring because of an insistence that a high-stakes election will work out in your favor is a little too deja Ruth for me right now. That call famously ended well for everyone

There is no depth to which Jonathan Turley will not sink. He’ll say that Trump will never do the outrageous things Trump threatens to do, and that there are laws in place to prevent it, then when Trump does them he will say the laws don’t apply and that Trump was forced to do the things by woke.

Thank you Mr. Joe for taking the high road once again in this existential fight for the country as we know it!

to put a sharper point on this, the President’s power to pass an executive order regulating emissions is severely hampered. his power to use the DOJ or the military to regulate emissions is nearly unlimited

Sorry to all my lawyer friends who spent a bunch of time learning how law works in the US. I had friends who were Flash developers and things turned out alright for them after they pivoted to C# or whatever. Hopefully there's an equivalent for our national legal system

I think about this line a lot these days.

I don’t know why people are doing this to themselves. The Biden response to this will be a strongly worded WH blog.

I don't want some egghead bureaucrat telling me whether there's poison in the water I drink. Ideally I'd want that decided by a 29yo judge who went to a "biblical law school" and does not believe dinosaurs existed, and then to have that decision reaffirmed six years later by the Supreme Court.

this idea that the bible was a significant influence on the constitution is obviously widespread but i've always been struck by insane it is. not that evidence matters to these people but if there's anything we know for certain about the 1787 convention it's that the bible had nothing to do with it.

This is a remarkably informative interview for many reasons and I can't recommend it enough. Also terrifying, because it confirms: 1) Policymakers are ignoring intel and analysts 2) Very possible the US gets involved if israel commits to Lebanese war 3) Very possible Iran will be forced to as well.
